Unknown Actor for Gambit

The latest rumors reveal that an unknown actor will be playing the role of Gambit in X3.

An anonymous insider wrote to Cinescape with an unconfirmed scoop regarding the role of Gambit in X-men 3.

Here is what our scooper had to say:

"I can tell you that (the part of) Gambit has been (cast with) a relatively unknown, well completely unknown actually! I scoured and can only confirm that he has done some stage work in Chicago and maybe a few lower budgeted independent films. The name is Scott Madej. He will be playing good ol' Remy. That's all i know. I am 99% sure on that tidbit, and it will be announced early next week, possibly on Monday."

bout time... maybe therell be less gambit hysteria now...

I tried Googling that name and nothig came up...must be a real unknown..

I searched the name as well, but no avail. Thus the reason why he must have said this "completely unknown actually!" in the scoop.

Could be good..unknowns often turn out being the best thing in a movie..on the other hand he could suck but lets not think about that right now..

As aforementioned, unknowns ARE good.

Darn, where did that link go. It was something about some guy and Juggernaut, and the guy being cast for Juggernaut. It might have been a hoax, maybe someone will find the info.

Or maybe that's already in this thread, I'm not sure how old that website was, however, so it's probably already in here. If it was, 'scuse.
