maybe not. They can attach these giant wings on angel. Thats it. As long as he doesnt fly, they dont need any specialeffects. And its not like he will be flying all the time. He might have a fight scene were he does his fly thing once or twice and thats that 😉

i bet he'll fly kind of a lot. im curious to how they're gonna introduce the 2. just appear or have some connection to the storyline or something

I hope they give a big budget so that they can fit alot of stuff into the movie.

The wings are going to require some serious special effects, now adays it's offensive to use prosthetics.

Gambit has more fame than Angel..but logically..and this is the part that hurt me the most..Angel should get a larger role..cuz he's got a richer history with the xmen..but Gambit is in X3 so we won a war...and he'll be played by a big name star so come X4 Gambit will be hurling cards and messing around with Rogue before you know it. and Angel may get hurt and become Archangel....a character who is cooler..visually anyway.

I hope they introduce him in the Brotherhood...cause he looks better as a badass and then have him jump to the goodside cause of feelings he has for Rogue...something like that would be cool.

I could go with that...I hope we don't see him until the last part...I'm a huge gambit fan..but if he's gonna have a small role..better it be in the end than in the beginning.

examine why they have the fame they have...

Thought Angel has been around longer..he doesn't seem as popular as Gambit...I think Gambit personality is more defined than Angel...most people could tell you how Gambit acts..I doubt as many could do the same for Angel...I liked him when he was Archangel and he felt sorry for himself...it made him more interesting than this.."I got a lot of money I can buy and have anything I want" type character.

yea i never was a fan of angel. archangel i accepted more of but gambit is still my fav.

According to Ain't-It-Cool-News Beast, Gambit and Angel will join the mutant line-up for 20th Century Fox's X-Men 3. Here is a clip:

Seems that Professor Xavier is adding three new team members this time out. Personally, I think I’m happiest to hear that BEAST will be joining the X-Men. I love that blue furry bastard, and it sounds like he’s going to serve the same role in these films that Morpheus did in THE MATRIX. Now... what would a bit of superhero news be without some controversy? Ready for this one? ANGEL will be in the movie. But ANGEL... will be a girl.

But the folks over at IGN Filmforce has a follow-up to the controversy and checked with its super-secret X3 insider who declared that "Angel is male!" They were advised that Angel (a.k.a. Warren Worthington III) will be a "major character" as will Beast. Beast will be seen in his transformed state and will be played by a different actor than Steve Bacic, who appeared as Hank McCoy in X2.

i found this and it's pretty interesting. it seems beast will be having a large role as well

XMenFilms.net has provided us with a possible update on the X-Men 3 casting and characters:

I just got some new word on X3. Gambit and Beast we can confirm. Not sure about Angel. Hugh, Famke, Ian, and Patrick are back as of today. This is in addition to the actors already optioned for X3.

Anna, Halle, and James are NOT signed yet, though by the end of the week, they should know what will happen with Anna Paquin.

Looks like besides Phoenix, the SENTINELS are in, including a character called Dr. Bolivar Trask.
