terminator 2 is the greates action story ever told whch is why alot of the elements in t3 were taken from t2, so hands down it is the peak of the trilogy, all the elements are there, excellent cinematography, goodeffects, cool action sequences, arnie at his prime, excellent villian the sence of disrust for the terminator in sarah conours eyes throughtout the movie up until the end, oh man it cant be matched

even though terminator 2 is a better film, i think the original storyline of THE TERMINATOR will always be the one to beat. it was revolutionary for me, and what impressed me was cameron's vision skills, he converted it into a movie when in the early 80's the cgi etc were not good enough to make a movie like terminator. but cameron had a vision, he made full use of it. the hard work done for t1 was amazing, cameron worked his heart out, the cast back then was not star-studded, and THE TERMINATOR character became an instant success. terminator 2 had a budget of 100 million dollars for a start, something that t1 didnt have a luxury of. i would say t1 is the proudest achievement of the whole triology
