The WHR is a dimension.
The Chaos Wave is Wanda's power (chaos magic)
collapsing the walls of causality between UniverseS.
Jamie didn't particularly like the fact that the Wave was ripping all Reality apart,
indeed, he interfered and indirectly helped stop it.
(He saved Rachel & Betsy from the Wave for this purpose,
by teleporting them to the WHR,
they were major players in stopping the wave from completely destroying everything)
(Brian was also "advised" by Jamie during a dream he was having)
Knowing Saturnyne was pushing to use the Nullifier,
He even smashed the CN,
in order to give Brian, Rachel, Betsy & Meggan time to do their job.
If he could have stopped it himself, I think he would've,
cause based on those facts he didn't appreciate the Wave imo.

But isn't Jamie more like a Merlyn Character... hiding in the shadows and rarely using his power directly, I mean he knew that Rachel Betsy and Meggan would accomplishe the feat to stop the Chaos Wave, that is IMO why he smashed the CN, also the fact that he actually used the Wave to recreate Jasper and Fury like one Being... something just isn't right, It seemed more like he used the Wave but stopped it when it became a liability.

I just want a scan saying she made the Wave and was controlling and fueling it subbonciously like you say. I believe you but some others don't so i need something conclusive.

so Jamie must've merged the resurrected Jaspers with Fury.
His bio doesn't state that specifically,
but it does state that he had some kind of involvement:

Actually, he smashed the CN to prevent Saturnyne from nullifying 58163 (616)
She was going to do this to stop Wanda's power from continuing to pour into the Omniverse.
Of course, I can only wonder how that was going to be rectified.

Well there's no scan that specifically states "she was controlling and fueling it"
We know she was because that's what the bio blatantly suggests.

if the Chaos Wave on panel revived Jaspers,
and Three separate bios are stating that,
Jaspers was revived by the "Scarlet Witch's Reality Warp"
What does that tell you?

I know he can turn it off and on at willa nd the handbook bio for him says nothing is above him except TOAA but I'm sure you've listed more sources for LT being stronger than the IG and I'm wondering if you can list them. Maybe it's off the Marvel sites or something? Can't remember. Just bugs me 'cause I 'm sure you've listed more proof before.

LT's bio specifically states he's also superior to the IG:
