You should learn definitions. Omniscience deals with knowledge. Omnipresence has nothing to do with it. Thanos says he is Everything. That he was bonded to omni-reality. His opinion > yours.

Warlock and Death exist outside of Space and Time and the standard Marvel Universe. And neither were a threat to him. Neither attacking him. One a former ally, one a love interest. He had no motivation for destroying them. Subconsciously overlooking them is a perfectly valid reason.
