Dude! As stated in the scan provided, time existed but followed a diff. Law as in stead moving normally it moves sideways therefore not outside of time and I've never said it makes him faster but rather said seem'ed faster since he can be in any point in time when this ability/power is applied.

Nowhere was it implied that time was still moving in that dimension. It was like phantom zone where you can see every point in time simultaneously. Surfer and alicia were moving sideways to the main timeline, time wasn't moving in sideways. He could appear like nightcrawler! What a splendid power! Too bad sufer can already teleport nigh-instantenously. Anyway it isn't like zoom's power at all.

Really dude for someone who supposedly have read and is quite familiar with Silver Surfer u seemed quite ignorant of his ability to perceive speed - far more than Superman - to be quite frank and I'm beating and - correct me if I'm wrong - u have Superman able to perceive Flash speed.. Again his not going outside of time with the discuss feat..

I've read every one of surfer's appearances and know a lot about him, I just know what he's capable of and what his limitations are unlike surfer fanboys like you. Nearly all of his travel speed feats include hyperspace travel.

2.) Did it ever mentioned that time was at a stop?

Cause if both of those answer are no then the more likely scenario is that they are still within the timeline..
