Yes, but Superman was at a huge disadvantage in that fight because he was hallucinating. He didn't know he was fighting WW. He thought he was fighting Doomsday. If he was in his right mind he would fight WW much differently than how he'd fight Doomsday. For one, Doomsday doesn't have a magical razor sharp tiara to throw at him. Superman probably thought it was a rock or something similarly harmless that couldn't harm him so he didn't bother to dodge it.

There's illustrative power in giving the most extreme examples possible, but you need to make sure to adjust them to match "reality" if you want to make a good and useful analogy.

Superman gets off multiple shots even in his opening salvo, akin more to a machine gun.

You're also not considering that Superman has many short range options, and, in fact, is MOST dangerous at short range.
Note the heat vision scoring near the sun that sears Diana's face. That's more akin to someone holding a gun a few inches away from the dog's face. Couldn't easily do that with a rifle, but with a hand-held pistol.
Superman also has weapons with spread effect.
That freeze breath attack correlates nicely with a shotgun blast.
Want it non-lethal but effective? A shotgun filled with rock salt.
Maybe even a sawed-off shotgun filled with rock salt.
To a dog that is approaching you barking, by the way.

Actually, I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere that it's been said in the comics that heat vision is Superman's most powerful attack. Not his fists. Not saying I agree with it but I have read it somewhere I know.
Besides dodging the tiara, Superman would fight WW a lot differently than he would DD. DD is a brawler like Superman chooses to be most of the time but WW is a very skilled fighter. In fact, she's one of the most skilled fighters in the entire DC universe. Fighting her would require considerably more finesse than fighting DD.

Yeah, I knew Quan was a troller and his post above along with his comments in Viktor vs Marcus thread proves it beyond a doubt now. Anyone who is very familiar with both characters knows that WW simply is not in Clark's league. To be able to go toe-to-toe against Superman with a decent chance of beating him you need characters like Captain Marvel, Orion, Silver Surfer, Darkseid (actually Darkseid should be clearly superior to him and win way more than not), even Thor has a decent chance although I Superman would win the majority of the time. The craft that brought Supergirl to Earth in Loeb's 2004 reboot had not only had her in orbit for decades, but also kept Kara under yellow solar lamps.
This was mentioned as one of the possible reasons, by Superman himself, that Kara's powers manifested so quickly.

And she was barely holding back her attacks, which had barely any effect on him. At one point she punched him and it barely moved his head. He punched her and sent her across the solar system.
And, no. She never beat/incapactated him in Sacrifice. For that you have to at least render the character unable to reply or fighting back. That never happened.
