No. I do not agree.
I can see some people "oneshotting" others, although just through unique abilities. Nihilus drain would come to mind, Kun's amulets, Vitiate's mindcontrol (if you'd call the latter a "oneshot" because of giving him instant victory). Or that "green sparks" stuff, Luke was utilizing in some novel (either NJO or one of the following works).

But that is all pretty much debateable.

lol What was the debate again? Whether Plagueis could blitz Vitiate?

LOL that was the spark that started it, but the general idea once banter was cast aside is that Plagueis is at least comparable as a Force user, but much faster and skilled in combat.

As I've said before, I reckon this depends entirely on the starting distance. If the combatants are far enough apart, Vitiate will have a field day bombarding Plagueis with his superior Force powers for the win.

If it's close enough, I see Plagueis' skill and physical attributes giving him the edge.
