KMC Forums - Implied affair between Obi Wan and Padme?

Remember, Obi-Wan and Anakin consider each other as family... either as brothers or as a father/son relationship. I don't think for a second that Anakin was jealous... he felt BETRAYED by Padme AND by Obi-Wan. When he first sees Padme on the lava planet (can't think of the name), he's fine with her. He knows she loves him and that's good enough for him... he doesn't really WANT her to know he pledged his loyalties to the dark side... he's just happy to see her and all is fine really. UNTIL he sees Obi-Wan. He goes balistic because he feels betrayed by his secret love... he already knows that Obi-Wan will be searching for him, but he never considered that Padme would turn her back on him. There was never a hint of romance between the two people who loved him. But... seeing the two that love you (as family or romanticallly) band together as one unit AGAINST you would make you snap, especially if they both are "pure" in your eyes. If only Padme said "Sure baby, I'll join you on the dark side"... all would have been fine. There's nothing like your soulmate choosing to live a life of nobleness and purity while you're off slaughtering younglings, you know?
