Bible contradictions or am I just uninformed?

Does the Bible truly contradict itself or are we just uninformed, unprepared, and too shiftless to research these supposed contradictions? I am certain that if we took the time to do as the Bible says,

2 Timothy 2:15
Study to show yourself approved to God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.

that we would discover that the Bible does not contradict itself. The word "rightly" divide means to "correctly interpret," especially after careful research of all Scriptures on that particular subject. Many people are not prepared or capable of rightly dividing the Bible because they have never truly read the Bible from cover to cover (incidentally, I have read the Bible from cover to cover). I surmise that many people pick up the Bible and read isolated Scriptures, causing them to receive a skewed or incorrect understanding of the passages contained in the Bible. Proper understanding is gained by close examination of the context and from cross references that help to clarify or corroborate what you have read. The first impression of a contradiction causes many people to stumble and conclude that the Bible contradicts itself. People simply need to "study" God's Word in full context. Furthermore, the Holy Spirit is the only one Who can truly enable a person to discern, recognize, and understand that the Bible has a spiritual "import" and underpinning. You must be clued in as it were by the Holy Spirit to understand His Book. Well, the link that I have provided addresses any, and all alleged Bible contradictions.

People simply don't understand what inclusive and exclusive cases are. That or they don't research and check the original text and rely on crappy translations like the NIV.

That and perhaps people simply read the Bible with biased, denominational lenses, and presuppositions about certain subjects.

Or...maybe....the bible just contradicts itself when going by the basic principles of logic and taking the probably incorrectly translated English versions.

A lot of the time, yes it is. I find that most Christians have no idea about anything beyond whatever English translation they use which can be a problem.
