This is a bad match up for Doomsday imo. Ultron is arguably as strong, more powerful and versatile, with a durability above Doomsday's and a shell that even he cannot damage (Busiek really ran with idea that Adamantium was indestructible).

He beat Marvel earth by screwing up the timeline. Also he controls it via an army. I doubt that if he went around fighting every single avenger he would kick there ass. I would like to know what feats he has done on his own in his new body to warrent defeating Doomsday.
