Can anyone in Marvel repeat
They start in the same spot and have to either do better or achieve the same result RUNNING (no flying).

I don't know if anyone could have created as shitty-looking a CGI explosion as he did, no.
Out of curiosity, what is the show?
edit: nvm, it's Cyborg 009. A movie I guess.

He almost ran an explosion? How and why is that so impressive?

Dambo, as usual, is correct.
I think Human Torch can do it.

Outrunning the fireball of a nuclear explosion that takes out a district in Dubai with a headstart? Quicksilver comes to mind.

I think the impressive part is outrunning the shockwave of the blast.

That's actually the least impressive part.

Although it's not particularly notable in the animation, the speed the blast propagates with is greatly reduced over distance.
In order to estimate velocity of the blast we need to take a look at the Sedov-Taylor solutions for a spherical blast wave.
Particularly these two.

In order to eliminate the time, t, we combine the abovementioned equations.

For our purposes we can approximate ξ ≈ 1, the air density can be assumed to be equal to that at sea level ρ = 1.225 kg/m³, since this seems to be a modern setting I'm going to assume that the energy yield is that of a Minuteman-II (LGM-30F).
It's difficult to see how far away the runner is from the building before the explosion but I'd make a rough estimate of 500 m.
At 500 m the speed of the blast is 2,290 m/s or 6.7 times the speed of sound.
So a couple of times faster than sound.

I think it’s a cool scene. But feat wise Quicksilver can out perform it no amps required.
