Meh. In most fights/encounters, it's Wolverine who has the upper hand. Don't focus on those two. You know better than that, carver. Older showings still count.
Ko'd by Spock around the same time he no-sold Maestro's punch. No rolling with the strike, he just took it like a man and got up and fought in the very next panel.
Kaine's stinger? Quake blew up his heart. Took only a brief moment to recover. Lt. Warren ripped out and ATE his heart... Wolverine just battled him without it.

In a free moment or two, try going through at least 50-100 pages of it. Both camps have done it to the death. Speed is not an issue. Strength? Not on high enough level to tax the HF.

People like to dog Carver, but he just showed more objectivity and dare I say maturity than all of you fan boys combined. Parker wins this if he is the least bit serious.
