First pic, Spidey spanks his ass after an accidental stab, go figure.
Second pic spidey wasn't fighting back, and it looks like Wolverine is getting information from him or something... definitely not a fight
The others are where spidey was on a rooftop against an "imposter", I htink you are doing this for its own sake, after seeing quite plainly that venom is a much larger threat.
Did you ever think about the fact that Spider-man did that to him with so much ease that wolverine might as well have asked him to do it?
And his fighting skills are maxed out but he was unable to defend himself from this frontal assault that was delivered with little effort?
A little effort leaves wolverine incapacitated with ease despite the 100 years of experience and the great familiarity with this opponent and the maxed out fighting skills ( I think defense is part of fighting ) and the fact that he was looking right at his well known adversary who was obviously not going to cooperate, but Wolverine is better despite all that?
I guess many think Wolverine had some disadvantage in that confrontation due to the fact that he wasn't trying to kill Spidey. Well that goes both ways cause Spidey obviously wasn't trying to kill Wolvy.
So neither of them are going for a kill and Wolverine is rendered helpless in a matter of seconds.
But if they're BOTH going for a kill Wolverine has claws and ferocity so I guess that's supposed to negate the fact that Spider-man has available so many options outside of a direct h2h confrontation and has used SO MANY different methods of ATTACK ( not h2h methods), that I could fill a page with these methods and still miss some of the unique options utilized by ONLY SPIDER-MAN!
Wolverine has a LIMITED healing factor (don't get me wrong I'm not trying to downplay it but it DOES have limits) and can cut things with expert proficiency. And unless I'm mistaken he's VERY vulnerable to electricity ( and you'd have to search high and low to find somewhere where there's NONE readily available).
Spidey owns Wolverine unless somethings askew cause there really isn't any explanation for Spider-man being alive if Wolverine can take him. 😮💨

oh yeah he was so helpless obviously because he broke loose in the next pages 🙄 spiderman wont kill wolverine. never could even if he got up enough guts to do so. spiderman has been held at his mercy before, wolverine can do it again. ever wonder why he is called the wolverine? he never stops

Spider-Man was NOT impressed, it took Wendigo to convince SM to help Wolverine.
Some fight lol.

Like always, Jinzin is very careful to show us the right pictures... Where are those clear victories of Wolverine over Spider-Man ?
Regardless, I have one where he uses rescues wolverine, (by nick fury's blackmail,in a sense) and his hands were binded handcuff style.
Spidey swung and picked up a vehicle with one arm, saving wolverine froma man that was constantly running over, I really don't see wolverine doing an impressive job against a guy who beat a new and improved venom, that flung semi's, and killed an innocent, spidey got pissed, and venom(host)lost his morale, the parasite dropped him to his death.
