Aside from every physical attribute (strength, speed etc) of Spider-Man being an advantage over Wolverine he has a ranged ability that Wolverine can not match.

Spiderman could certainly be a factor in some of the fights he's involved in.
That's one thing that makes Spiderman more endearing, he doesn't always win.

Go to other threads, they are prolific, or Pointnel who thinks that wolverine beats iron man, or wolverinefan that thinks he beats karate kid, or jinzin who says he beats carnage, and namor. srank that thinks he can beat godzilla.
