I thought DD crushed his windpipe? Anyway Spidey has shown that he can tag Wolvie @ will. In SW despite anything that happened w/anybody else Spidey did exactly the same. Some of the other stuff you listed is completely illogical. Spidey back-smacking Wolverine isn't.
Alright, screw the "Canon/non-canon" stuff. Current Wolverine, Current Spidey. There abilities only. None of their history. Both trying to kill the other one. Let's measure them up.
Wolverine: Can bench 800-1000lbs. That's about lifting and carrying 1200 let's say(believe this is how it works).
Spidey: Can bench 15 tons. That's a wielding weight of like 20 tons.
Logan: Fast, agile, quick, cunning.
Spidey: superfast, superagile, superquick(reflexes), precognitive to a degree, smart-ass in battle.
Logan: Deadly claws in his hands.
Spidey: Webbing that's nearly unbreakable.
Spidey has the clear advantage. It'd take a while, but all Spidey has to do is get behind Logan, and twist his neck. If you wanna count adamantium Wolvie, Spidey'd just crack his neck even more. Remember, his spinal cords not adamantium, the vertrebrae are.

an imposter...you act as if spidey was holding back for the sake of a regular human being, just some chump or something....
notice how he puts dents in metal pipes and levels a chimney in that fight...where was his infaulible spider sense then? obviously wolverine can tag him and dodge him...
