really i think wolverine is not much..he has speed and claws..and some strength, so does spiderman..in terms of manuverability , spider probably can move faster.. claws are dangerous though but spiderman is a smart guy when he fights while wolverine doesnt really think a hell lot when he does something
depending on the situation they fight in..i think spiderman would win since he is smarter and thinks as he fights and all..wolverine will probably beat spidey in an arm wrestling contest though..
