spidey is also much faster. He can dodge bullets WITH EASE. agility is one thing, moving faster than bullets WITH EASE is another. I have yet to see wolverine dodge a bullet. What most fans see and claim to be wolvie dodging bullets is when somebody brings up a gun and fires, yet misses. This is because wolverine is able to move faster than the other person can aim and fire. Now, spidey can move AFTER the shot is fired, and still able to dodge with ease.
EDIT: if someone wants to prove to me that wolvie can dodge bullets, go right ahead, and i'll admit he can. Show me an image or link to an image or something stating or showing that wolverine can dodge bullets.

Lets be logic here. A guy that can lift 10 tons is much stronger than a guy that cant lift 1 ton. Healing power? How fast is it? Lets get a bit real marvel fans.............. Logan has adamantum bones but even without his webbings, spidey is much faster and can dodge and beat wolverine like the black trachanqula (sorry for the spelling....) beat up on spidey. The black tananqula or whatever his name was, was ten times faster and stronger than spidey and had the upper hand in that fight n chose to leave cus his wife denied him the chance of claiming his kid.
Hulk can actually kill wolverine if he chose to but half the time he's just trying to be left alone. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SPIDEY GRABS WOLVIE AND STICKS HIS HEAD UNDER WATER FOR LONGER THAN AN HOUR IN A GRIB LOCK. Remember he is 10.5 times stronger than Logan so can easily hold him down. I know cause I do door supervision (BOUNCE??) IN NIGHTCLUBS AND KNOW HOW TO HOLD PEOPLE IN GRIB LOCKS. Speed is what made Bruce Lee such an ace. You couldn't touch him.

spiderman could do a number of things to wolverine. and if i had claws sticking out of my hands, its not going to matter much to somebody who is 20 times stronger than me. they could hold me in any position they desired. regardless of how much of a struggle i put up 😉

So in fighting, which spidey is from his hey days on the street, he has more than enough to hold down a guy with just six claws and martial art skills because spidey has a spider sense that makes him just like HELLO.....Dare devil! So he can dodge those blows from wolverine and then he has arsenals like his webbing. Just suppose Spiderman sticks both hands on Wolverine's hands so he cant stab him with it and holds him there and head butts him and sprays webbing on wolverines eyes? and then nose! Just agreeing one side over another doesn't make a person fanboys. Spiderman is faster and stronger than Wolverine, but if you are comparing between Hulk's encounter, Wolverine did fight against Grey Hulk who did retain his intelligence.
Second, Spiderman battles doesn't exactly correlate with his intelligence level, since he's relying in improvision for the most part and not always the next invention to subdue a person.
Wolverine is hard for Spiderman to kill because his strength isn't that over the chart and even if breaking the neck is an instant kill, Wolverine isn't that slow to react to that without laying out his own attack. Hitting is faster to deliver than a grapple move.
