No he was webbed several times actually, including the situation where his strength increased, if he can't use the claws he can't utilize the strength nor get the necesary leverage.
He is an 800 lb lifter, call it what you will, but he is still as fast as a peak human while his skill makes him a better utilizer of his given speed.

he is superhuman. his running speed is human which is a lot diffrent. his hand movements agility and reflex are all in the superhuman range.

Well I found something out today that interested me, the symbiote costume makes the webbing itself and if spidey was in his symbiote costume then he would lose alot of webbing cause logan can just cut through it and so it would take a while to make more for him in his symbiote costume....so my question is this could spidey still beat wolvie without his webbing?
