Well, let's count :
1. Spider-Man backhands Wolverine like he was nothing (while fighting the X-Men) and said something like You don't scare me with your tooth picks.
That is of course not a win, but clearly an advantage for Spider-Man.
2. The famous graveyard fight : simple, ended in a draw. Can't say SM won, can't say Wolvie won.
3. Rooftops : Spider-Man punched Wolverine once, Wolverine kicked him once. Boring, not really a fight, no real winner.
4. Avengers one : it was a fight for Wolverine, but not for Spider-Man. He was just goofing around and Wolverine couldn't take the joke. He accidentally stabbed Spider-Man (Wolverine admitted it himself it was an accident) and despite the fact that he was seriously wounded (three full grown claws in his chest) he still put a hurting on Wolverine. IF this is a fight, slight advantage to Wolverine.
5. The webbed up one : Wolverine wasn't just talking to SM, he was jumping to him (or whatever he did) and had his claws unsheathed. Not a really good fight, but a fight nevertheless, and Spider-Man finally used his brains and just webbed him up. Victory for Spider-Man.
6. The window-incident : not really a fight, but in a way, it was Wolverines turn to become the victim of a bad joke : Wolverine surprised him during the training session because Spider-Man was making fun of him, and now Spider-Man surprised him and threw him out of the window because Wolverine made fun of Peter.
If number 4 (the accident) is considered as a fight, so should number 6.
