He probably had them out in case the kid wanted trouble. I've just figured out how to defeat Jinzin despite his martial arts training. Tell him that you don't wanna hurt him and then attack him with a knife. 😆 I guess words speak louder than actions now. 🙄
wolverine : "we don't wanna hurt ya"wow.. for all these people saying they know a lot about wolverine...
and you haven't seen him pop his claws out at the most innapropriate times? 🤨
seriously.. MTU number 1 he has his claws out when he was just gonna go talk to a kid.... that's just how he gets down... plus he says it himself that he doesn't want to hurt spidey.. what more do you need?
of course coming from the same fans that think spiderman lies to himself upstairs that's no surprise.
How else is he gonna do it, he could try using his bare hands but wolvie would cut them off. And the only way he could truly beat wolvie is by killing him, having adamantium bones means that punches don't really hurt wolvie all that much, spidey could try throwing him of a building, but last time he did that wolvie was still walking, wolvie could stab spidey and that would mean spidey loses blood (if wolvie aims for a place he knows won't kill spidey) and that would put spidey out for the count.

I just thought.........wouldn't suffocation by webbing work anyway? I mean when wolverine was crucified, there was still air coming into his lungs, but his own exhaustion of holding himself up was suffocating him. Whereas if you clog up his airways with webbing it immediately cuts off the lungs of little to no air. Wolverine being crucified yet slowly losing air would last a lot lot longer than a wolverine who has had his air suply immediately cut of for an hour or so or more if spidey keeps spraying it regularily..........Plus this isn't something that will tire spidey out. Spidey has dodged and fought badguys for days on end before, so just spraying webbing on wolvie would be easy. Due to his healing, Logan should last longer. However if his airways are clogged up for an hour, and then the next hour, when spidey sprays it on again, a crucified wolverine would last much longer................
Webbing wouldn't work. if you try to reapply it over the old stuff the old stuff would shield out the new stuff from being applied as effeciently.
And wolverine gets out of webbing easily enough, what with it being 5 times and all. . .

And Spiderman was worn out by the end of them, if you're going to use past examples.
Hey if you want to base your entire "stamina" point on ONE fight that took only a couple of minutes, and if you claim that Spider-Man was worn out after only a couple of minutes fighting... and when you know that Spider-Man can fight for a long long time...
There is a word for it... (grabs dictionary).... ah, here it is, CRAP writing. It exists, you know, it's more than a legend 😉

Funny how the spiderman fanboys are all eager to use these fights when they think it favors them, but as soon as it doesn't it all turns into crap and for no good reasons given. Jusdt that they see spiderman as being better than he is.

You don't even understand what crucifixtion is you say? Then don't argue the point. . .
Crucifixtion an sich has not that much to do with suffocation... depends on the wounds and the person... unless somebody breaks the bones of the victim ! (cruxifracture). Then he'll almost certainly die of suffocation.
Ever tried to break the bones of Wolverine ? Good luck. Here's twenty dollars, go buy yourself a big hammer.
So, now we have settled this, I'll repeat myself :
Crucification or no crucification, he could still breath, his mouth and nose were not covered. This is not a detail !When Spider-Man decides to web him up completely - he has done that with stronger and faster opponents, and he has webbed up Wolverine already - in such a way he can not breath anymore... => healing factor working overtime.
And Wolverine will get weaker, and Spider-Man won't just stand there either, waiting until Wolverine frees himself some way.

Please enlighten me. Fill me with your wisdom. I want a decent explanation, not a witty one. If you fail, I think we must accept that it actually was crap writing after all...

Okay, explain then to me : how come Spider-Man can fight for a very long time, but one time, twenty years ago, for some stupid reason he was tired after a couple minutes ?

Originally posted by who?-kidBecause it was one of those rare tim,es he was going all out and not holding back. If he doesn't put effort into it of course he's going to last longer.

Originally posted by who?-kidYou don't need to break the person's bones, as broken bones don't cause the suffocation, its the hyper extention of the lungs do to the drooping Y position of the arms that he was forced into.

He was already beat up from an ambush from the reavers too, so when he was put up he was unconcious. How does one hold themselves up while unconcious? 🙄

"Why is he being portrayed as peak human."
Is a loaded question that assumes the he was being portrayed as peak human. I called you on it now live with it fanboy.
