I really can't decide who's right in regards to the "poll" thing. The poll is obviously not the best way to decide who should win, because it IS corruptable. People who know nothing CAN vote on it. However, this is a comic books versus forum on the internet. It's unlikely that people would even glance twice at this if they didn't actually read comics. Unless, of course, someone told them to go and vote in a specific thread... coughTOURNEYcough... (hahaha, jk jin, couldn't resist. If it means anything, I think you probably should've won that fight anyway...)

Anyhoo, jinzin may have provided direct comparison scans... But is even that the best way to compare 2 characters?

It is, you say? (general "you", not anyone specific) What about crossovers? Fanvoted ones are out of the question, but even besides that... Hulk did VERY well against Superman in their crossover. (not Marvel vs. DC... the actual Hulk vs. Superman crossover) Should he? Not a chance. Both Thor and Superman can fight better than they did in their fight in JLA/Avengers. So should that be the only way to compare them? Not even close. All characters have low showings, so limiting them to a few out of many is really not a good thing, regardless of the matchup.

What issue is that? Tiger Shark looks like he was in a fight with a chipper-shredder before Wolverine gave him that love tap.

Yes I have, and yes it was. When Wolverine was hitting Tigershark, did it look like Tigershark posessed anything even resembling the powers list you gave for him to prove that Wolverine>Spidey? No, he just kind of sat there. He was jobbing, because it was Wolverine's time to shine. It wasn't Wolverine beating superspeed or superstrength, it was Wolverine slashing a guy a couple times. My point was that Tigershark did not use all of his powers in the fight, (replace "Tigershark" with "Firelord". Viola! An analogy!) so it does not really prove that Wolverine can overcome all of them. It was a bad argument, SvFL was my example of a similar situation, its purpose being to illustrate why yours WAS a bad argument.

Well, I'm glad you said it, because I didn't want to be accused of hatin'...but yeah Wolvie...Tigershark just stood there while Wolverine rambled on about "I'm a berserker, and blah blah blah" for a few panels, cutting him up. Not much of a fight, really.

Well, because for the record, I don't think you've ever been able to cough up an issue number. I wouldn't really have paid it much mind, except DC noticed it too, on the Namor vs Wolverine thread. It's sort of annoying.

Ask me about any of the scans I've posted, and I'll gladly provide you with a number. I've done it in the past. Honestly, it's never been an issue because I have everything pretty handy. I'm just pointing it out because DC made me aware of it.

also u know how jizin said rough-house lieft a C.A.T wolverine his ehad easiliy with one hand well it the same issue that wolverien states rough-houses strength area (wolverine #123)
