Also, lifting a train does mean something. It shows how much stronger Spider-Man is than Wolverine, and one hard punch would level him.

If Wolverine is so fast it doesn't matter if he is fighting or not, his reaction speed doesn't change. Spiderman can web him up he did in the Avengers Training room and a HUGE serving of PIS was served with Wolverine breaking free of the webbing.
