1. Why can't Spider-Man punch Wolverine wherever he wants?

2. Why can't Spider-Man use as much web on Wolverine as he wants?

In case you haven't noticed, all Spider-Man vs Wolverine fights only took a few minutes (at most !). Sometimes only a few seconds. So you can throw the "Wolverine has superior stamina" argument through the window.

Now, Spider-Man may not have the almighty stamina of Wolverine, but, like most superheroes, he has superhuman stamina. He can fight a LONG time. Do you really think (or hope) that the fight will last for more than 10 hours or so ?

So let me get this straight :

IF Spider-Man doesn't use his webs like he should, IF Spider-Man is stupid enough to fight him from a close range, IF Spider-Man's spider-sense suddenly decides to take a nap, IF the fight last for hours and hours and IF Spider-Man doesn't decide to throw a few cars to Wolverine from the top of some building (where Wolvie can't reach him)...well, under these conditions I give it Wolverine 5/10.

I have read ALL of the Spider-Man/Wolverine encounters cres, didn't really see what your point was.

Now just take a minute from your character hypocrisy to just answer a simple question. Since based on your flawed logic that something has to happen in comics to be established as possilbe what happens if Spider-Man just decides to break Logan's neck? Forum rules have him as bloodlusted, and House of M has shown that he can get upset enough to consider killing. What happens if he decides to do that?

It'll last as long as it needs to. Without outside reasons for ending the fight...
