He's too slow though compared to Spidey who has even more increased agility. Spidey Could just throw him up high in the air and watch him fall from a distance.

You always bring a lot of feats that show how fast and strong Wolverine is, but still you never gave any scenario of how Wolverine could beat Spider-man.
I'll tell you why Spider-man beats the crap outta him. Non-PIS Spider-man.
Wolverine can't stab non-PIS spider-man. He CAN"T touch him! Non-PIS Spider-man can dodge everything Logan got like he was nothing, like he was fighting a child. Non-PIS spider-man can dodge wolverine and laugh at him. He can drink coffee, smoke sigar and dodge Wolverine at the same time.
AGAIN READ AND REMEMBER "WOLVERINE CAN"T TOUCH SPIDER_MAN".
Spider-man on other hand can hit Logan and there is NOTHING logan could do about it. Spider-man could hit him in the throat an KO him. DD did it so 15 class punch would do that much better.
Now you try to tell me what could Logan do to beat Spider-man but don't come up with something pathetic like "he stabs him" because he can't!
