wolverine doesn't attribute dodging the blast because he saw it coming, he attributes this to his superhuman senses..
in infinity war daredevil is shocked to learn that wolverine's senses are even more sensitive than his own
in new avengers wolverine's senses catch on to incoming missiles right after spiderman is alerted to them and both are before I.M.'s computer tells him about them..
in weapon x released last year wolverine claims that his senses cause bullets to drag to slow motion in his minds eye...
the fact is his senses are very much a help to him, no it's no spider sense but it would help him in a fist fight... I.e. slowing everything down in his mind's eye...

Wolverine does get put down by Hulk, Sasquatch and other big hitters only because of his healing factor is he able to fight them. How often does he beat a "mainstream" heavy hitting brick? Not as often as some people would like you to believe.
