in weapon x released last year wolverine claims that his senses cause bullets to drag to slow motion in his minds eye...
the fact is his senses are very much a help to him, no it's no spider sense but it would help him in a fist fight... I.e. slowing everything down in his mind's eye...

Spidey's got a large strength advantage, but his hardest shot would barely knock Logan out. And he can't break his bones. He grabs him with webs and throws him across town, Logan eventually gets up and comes back at him. In close, Logan has the advantage with the claws. Spidey will dodge many shots, but he will run out of energy long before Logan does. He gets outlasted, so Wolverine wins.
