He has as a character superhuman reflexes, agility, stamina, low superhuman strength, enhanced durability, superhuman healing factor and senses.

ok his durability is his healing factor for one his healing factor is also part of his stamina. senses I already said. strenght I did not say because Wolverine was at the time as strong as a man in his 30 who engages in physical exercise. OK as far as wolverine having superhuman reflexes and agility I am simply talking about what he was before he was wolverine. Only after the Weapon X program was he known I dont even know where he got it from. Anyways the people involved in the weapon x programwanted to make the perfect killing machine for them to accomplish that I thinkg he is gonna need some good reflexes they must have done something.
I am basically talking about what he had before the weapon x progam andf honestly the biggest thing he got from the program was the adamantium

Wolvie has a better healing factor, claws and a sense of hearing
Spidey's Speed and Spider Sense doge the claws
Spideys Strength, Speed and Brains gets past the healing factor.

Spiderman doesn't have to kill Wolverine to get a win just KO him, he can do that alot easier then Wolverine can KO him.

Spidey just webs Wolverine down and smashes Wolverine continuously with a car for about 10 minutes 😆
