I can't imagine he can dump out more then his bodies weight in webbing with out his body needing to produce more... and I'm sure he'd be dehydrated after. There needs to be some limited on how much webbing he can produce based on his bodies energy stores.

He probably is limited in the amount of webbing he can produce, which is still a lot. So far, we still haven't seen him unable to produce a lot of organic webbing. And now, since it's organic, there must be some sort of psionic connection to the consistency of his webbing, since it seems to just be the kind he needs for whatever circumstances he faces. Know what I mean?

Bear in mind through that when Spidey is using his webbing to hold that building its only really replacing a support which he was holding so it couldn't have been more than 20 tons at the most, less since he had used a chunk of debris to support the building and the webbing to hold it in place.

A bridge is a couple thousand tons. If his webbing could hold that, that means in order to break free, you would have to be able to exert a couple of THOUSAND tons. I highly doubt Venom could exert more than 50 tons of power.
Nevertheless the amount of webbing has something to do with it as well.
