C'mon now. Nobody wants to see a 2 panel fight scene. Almost every comic fight is drawn out way longer than it should for drama. Especially if it's hot hero on hero action.
Even Jack Knight's battle with Captain Marvel took a comic or so to play out and Jack's just a normal man with a quasi-green-lantern-esque staff.

Ehh... Doc Ock is Doc Ock on steroids. Omega Red may be able to whip those things around pretty fast but Doc Ock's hentacles are beefier.

Could Omega Red take out a building or a bridge or something like that? I don't know of Doc Ock has, to be honest, but look at those things. Judging from his history with Spiderman you can tell they're at least fast enough to grab him and strong enough to keep him there.
