Not saying that Wolverine wins, quite the contrary actually. I think Spiderman wins this fight due to mobility and webbing.
However, there is next to NO way that Spiderman is gonna beat Wolverine in a straight up melee confrontation.

Ya know all ive heard is about that one comic. No one mentions when spiderman swatted logan away like a fly while dodging nightcrawler. None mentions in the new avengers comic spidey threw Logan through a bullet proof glaas window into the street below. Yeah i know wolvie wasnt ready to fight on that one but still this shows that spideys strgnth and reflexes are quicker then logans

If Logan is as fast as everyone says he is, he should have been able to dodge those punches, and shouldn't have opened his hairy mouth in the first place.
