Long run Wolverine pulls a win by outlasting anything spidey can hit him with. Short term spidey wins. So I guess spidey takes it for forum but I think the guy who has a problem with dying wins against people who cant regen from single cell. All it takes is one good slash n' stab from the good set o' pig stickers strapped to wolverine to put a big hurt on spidey. Unless spidey preps and uses science to wipe him like send him to another dimension.
I think Spidey is smart enough to work it out eventually... I mean he is supposed to be pretty smart beyond being able to bench press several tons.
