The ladders are weighted at the top with metal weights. THis is making them difficult to push back, amd Orcs at the base of the ladders are trying to hold them secure also. On each side, the first Orc starts to climb...

Ok, now, at this point, where actual melee fighting may start, I want to make sure everyone knows where everyone is. Can everyone please state their current position, which I will rule can be anywhnere you like at this point considering the current situation. I'll then update that situation again, and we can work on from there with no confusion. Anyone who does not declare where they are, is nowhere useful- I'll say in the Keep.

Corlindel is on the right side wall next to a ladder handlying is long sword and shield prepared to cut the first orc's head as soon as the orc appears in his sight

Corlindel slashes the first orc in the ladder who appears in front of him. use shield to block the orc.

((I suppose the orc has some kind of penalty while is climbing the ladder
