Not at all easy to try and block the other Orc, Andromir. But it is ok- one of Baranar's men runs forward to cover Palanfirith as he changes weapons (which I think probably stays your action, Palanfirith)
Another Orc makes it up this ladder, but instead of dashing on, this one tries to hack down the men trying to repel that ladder.

You seem to be on form, Argentis! A 76 wounds one of the enemy Archers, and soon after he is shot down by Baranar's men.
Vardalain's aim, sadly, is rather more off.
From this point on, as the Orc archers prepare for you guys to pop your heads around to fire, your cover bonus is being halved, now only adding 15 to your defence.
Andromir, you roll a 71, scoring a 17D. You've badly hurt that Orc, but it screams and still fights. A desperate stab back at you finds its mark for a 7A. The wound is a hit to your forearm. Only 9 damage in total, but without ar armour you are stunned for a round as you cry out.
The Orc stabs at the Baranarian, beating his guard and scoring 13 damage, and fending off the man's riposte.
Corlindel, you hack down your target just as another one rises, also attmepting to engage the ladder guards. The other disputed ladder seems to be losing its grip on the wall.
The Orc by Palanfirith gleefully runs through the Baranar solider opposing it, and turns with a glint towards Palanfirith himself...
One of the men on the western ladders is also cast down by the attacking Orc until that orc is thrown over the battlements. Another rises a moment later. On the East, things remain even.
To the North, another hurled rock takes three Orcs out of the fight.
One of the Orcish archers to the North loads a flaming arrow, and fires it. It misses the battlements, however.

As I recently PMed to Corlindel, I am trying out shields at 20 for this fight, else some of the Orcs will be too hard to hit. That may well change back, however.
Andromir, there is no record of you asking for arm armour at any point.
Blimey, I am getting pretty sick of these good shots... Vardalain rolls a 157- he could have had a fair crack at one of the ones at the door with that shot! Another Orc is taken down. Mond you, a returning shot almost hits you there...
Palidan- way off, I am afraid. But one of the archers picks you out, and fires a shot that comes straight for you, for an 8A... the arrow slices your side, for a total of 11 damage.
