mist.. from what we can tell about revo hes not going to save zion at all in the since ur thinking..

the one thing he does do is kill a **** load of sentinals.. we see this in the preview but that is on his way to 01 the machine city.. now how he will save zion you ask? he will stirke a bargain with deus ex machina (god of machines, "the speak machine"😉 to get them to call off the attack on zion and jack neo in to stop smith

thats akin to what I was trying to say. But I think thats it forumcrew. However, you never know. Revs might pull some wierd plot twist on us. However your theory being the simplest is most likely the correct one.
