Damn...Hulk must be jobbing every time he fights the Thing, right? I mean, even though he wins, those fights go on for hours! How is it possible? Thing is just a spec of dust compared to what Hulk can do, right?
And hell, Wolverine seems to stalemate him all the time! More jobbing?
Juggernaut fights Wolverine, he owns him with no problem.

Second, there's a lot of PIS going on. Remember, Juggy doesn't really have his own series, so there's relatively little PIS around his character.

That's EXACTLY right. It's about popularity. I think Hulk could slap down Wolverine quite handily, but Wolvie's massive popularity won't let that happen. It happens in so many matchiups in comics; writers and editors contrive events to make both characters look good, even if it's a total mismatch. Juggernaut is still not a tier-1 character, and spending the vast part of his appearences as a villain, they are not going to let him do all he can to the Hulk. These forums are supposed to be about logical matchups and outcomes, not influenced by having to sell another issue next month. This is why, in the cold light of logic, measuring abilities and strengths, I believe Juggernaut wins. The Marvel editors have no say here.
