Juggernaut or The Hulk?

Btw, even if Hulk has an anger limit, there's is no telling if this limit falls below unlimited strength. Besides, there are artificial(cosmic?) ways of making the Hulk angrier than he normally could by himself, meaning that even if he hit his own limit, he still doesn't have to be at peak level.

This is just me theorizing. It's the most logical explanation for how Hulk's rage can be unlimited. And really, everybody knows that Hulk is a physical embodiment of Bruce Banner's anger.

I'm not reaching for any thing. I'm just proving a point. juggernaut666 keeps bringing up the fact that Hulk loses to Surfer. Okay, but that has NOTHING to do with this battle. Neither does Cain getting owned by two ordinary X-Men. It's a POINTLESS subject to bring up in this debate.

The Hulk is a far more popular character who is often used as a tool to help make other characters shine. Because if you beat the Hulk, then you MUST be worthy of attention, right? They use the Hulk to gage others, not Juggernaut. Simple as that.
