I have read the posts in this thread many times and i believe Juggernaut would win this. First of all Juggernaut cannot be hurt physcially which is the only weapon Hulk has. Yes War-Hulk did stop Juggernaut but that was with the strength of two universes. Now stopping him is one thing but hurting him would take a vast amount of even more strength which i believe Hulk would never be able to achieve. He has the potential to have unlimited strength yes but it is not truly unlimited because it is based on anger. Anger is an emotion that has limits. If anger was unlimited then his strength would be truly unlimited. Juggernauts strength has never been truly tested where had to try hard to do something. At one point (correct me) I know that Hulk was in some sort of metal box or something like that and then was teleported out and somehow Juggernaut got teleported in. Now Hulk had been raging for i believe 3 days without causing a dent. Juggernaut instantly caused dents. Now with that in mind if someone with Juggernauts strength were to hit him it would not damage him at all. So even if they were fighting for past a day, which i believe in most cases Juggernaut would have killed or KOed him before that, then his strength would still have to increase beyond that of war-hulk to stop him then probably hundreds of times greater than that just to hurt him which he could regenerate from. Again i say anger limits his strength. Some people will argue that it really is limitless, ok fine lets say it is. It could take years and years for him to reach this level and i think it has been proved that Hulk fatigues and in no way could possibly fight for more than a year. After all of this I say Juggernaut wins 10/10 with a tough fight everytime and Hulk dying of fatigue or in the first day.

I'd like some kind of info on that Box situation, especially seeing as Hulk has ripped Mountains to bits on several occasions.

Good post, and thats what this debate has basically come down to, Does Juggernaut have enough Strength to KO hulk quickly?
Hulk fans say its unlikely, yet not impossible, but they still argue a stalemate, does that make any sense what so ever?
Many people tiers below Juggernauts Strength have KO'ed Hulk. I think its a matter of how Hulk fans are doubting Juggernauts Strength, they say Juggernaut doesn't have what it takes to KO the Hulk.
I could make a long list of people Juggernaut has made quick work of, something that requires Strength, yet it would not matter, because for some reason, his strength isn't sufficient enough to drop Hulk at the start of the battle.
They will reply to this, and twist these words somehow, in order to give Hulk a chance. They cant deny that an overload of pain is greater then his rage, but when i comes to Juggs, erase the fact that he has one-shotted some pretty powerful people in his history, and he wont do it to Hulk.

All your points have been argued extensively. I've seen nothing new. And you haven't read all the posts. Because nowhere does it say that juggernaut can be physically hurt. Nobody ever said that. Juggernaut fans here like to pretend that we did because it makes supporting their case that much easier.
Strenght - potentially unlimited because of rage. Rage = unlimited because Hulk's mind doesn't function in the same way as a human mind. This is backed up by the fact that Hulk's more intelligent incarnations are limited by their inability to become enraged beyond human level because of their human minds. Again, it has been stated by marvel(including Stan Lee, ofcourse) that his anger level can keep rising and rising.
War Hulk - War Hulk' strength is based on two universes, but it's still his own strength. Every character draws strength from an alternative unviverse, and the Hulk at that point, drew from two. However, he didn't have outside help for it. No gods, no cosmic source, It was his own body that did it. Thus it can be argued that the extra strength was his own. Now, I'm not sure about the celestial tech and its functionality, but these are the facts on his usual strength.
Hulk's strength increase - Hulk can increase his strength with varying speeds, based on the type of escalation that occurs. It can be a matter of minutes, but also seconds or even instantaneous. It has never took him days or hours to to perform any strength feat.
Fatique - The Hulk is sustained by adrenaline(because it triggers the radiation). Adrenaline can only be produced with enough nutrition. Only one major problem with that little rant.
Juggernaut is also infinitely strong. And has plenty of strength to hurt Hulk. Speed isn't even a factor here. Juggy has caught up with speedsters/fast-moving opponents before. Juggy is easily strong enough to chuck Hulk into the sun the same way Hulk can.
