I don't really how people can decide this fight. To me, it's always a stalemate. The fight'll always go the same: one knocks the other around, and they take turns at it for awhile until one hits the other so hard it knocks them far enough away that one thinks they've beaten the other. A few seconds later, the beaten one gets up and runs (or jumps) off.
I think it's been proven (and I know I'll get hell if it's not) that:
- Juggernaut cannot be beaten by physical means
- Hulk cannot be killed by any physical means (he always ends up regenerating his body some time later)

Every post that shows Hulk fighting for days or weeks or months also says he is growing tired. That shows he is fatigueing slowly yes, but still fatigueing. Eventually he will grow tired. lft4ded has a good point that it is not outside help if he calls for more power because it is in his powerset. Just like hulk getting more strength from another dimension by getting angry isnt getting help. So potentially Juggernaut could become as powerful as trion and then easily win the fight.
And it doesn't show Hulk fatiguing after a fighting demons for days and the scenarios where he does show fatigue, he is neither angry nor is he fighting any body. Obviously, he will be both during this fight.
As for Trion Juggernaut, Cain was possessed when that happened.

I wasn't really saying KOed, as much as I love Hulk, there's no way I can say he can't be KOed, because I'm pretty sure it's happened on a few occasions. What I was saying was is that he can't be KILLED, as in he's dead and can't come back to life, by physical means. I mean, he's been turned to bones, blasted, broken, disembowled, disinegrated (sp), blown up, etc...and still regenerates by some means and comes back.
This has always been the explanation for Hulk's strength 'as I knew it'. I'm not a Hulk expert however. Thor has his godly essense, Iron Man his batteries, Superman his solar reserves. Hulk's ability to increase his strength...

i think it's a stalemate too. hulk is the strongest thing on the planet but juggs can stand anything-and i quote : The Juggernaut's body is completely invulnerable. His skin can not be broken and he is incapable of feeling pain or sustaining any form of injury from any conventional physical attack, regardless of the amount of force or energy that is exerted against him. He can, however, become jarred or dazed and has some susceptibility to sensory attacks, though he is affected considerably less than a normal human being and can recover completely almost as soon as the attack is over. though the hulk has been known to heal limbs sometimes

As far as i know, both wont beable to knock each other out...
You cant throw juggernaut out of the arena because he can walk/ run on nothing (which is proved when jean grey lifts him in air but hes running forward on nothing) where as hulk can...
so it would come down to them soffocating each other some how...
and the juggernaut doesnt need air... which the hulk does which is proved wen he almost dies when juggernaut is holding his head underwater...
and say hulk found a way to hurt juggernaut some how (which he cant) or started winning the fight... that would make him happier which would make him weaker and then lose his advantage and then some...
