Marvel HQ didn't even literally say, it was just an assessment made by the editor. It's not an official statement, otherwise we would have seen it. Also, what does Marvel HQ mean? It's kind of vague. Sorry, its true. I could care less if you wanna factor in Hulk, but Juggernauts Strength is limitless. You seem to be the Only Hulk fan, and probably only person on this forum who wont accept it.
Also If you don't wanna accept that, there is not one shred of evidence to suggest Hulks strength is unlimited, since he was defeated and KO'ed many times by hero's whom I know you tired of hearing about.
And just because it said he had unlimited strength in comics don't matter also, because so has juggernaut, his punches could shatter planets, and his fight with the exemplars was the greatest fury ever unleashed on earth!!!

hulk ko'ed the juggernaut with a punch and juggernut almsot beat the hulk senseless where red skull stopped him they are pretty evenly matched but as juggeranut's power is from a magical source therefore magically limitless juggeraut would take it as he has the potential of 8th day juggeranut and trion juggeranut.
if its classic they are evenly matched , whcih juggernaut having a durability advantage
if its the jobbernaut (current) hulk takes it
but realistically juggernaut would take it
but from the poll hulk wins

So when did we hear an official statement from Marvel? It was ONE editor's assessment. ONE. "Current opinion" means majority of opinions. But who's opinions are we talking about? And what happens when they get a few new employees? Hell, even the the care taker could theoretically throw off the balance, since it is never stated what "current opinion" means. I wil accept clear cut evidence, though.
But hey, you're free to believe whatever you want. I mean, he's your favorite character and all.
