This match has too many factors and possible endings. It just depends on how each fighter decides to fight. Basically:
If they were stuck in the middle of an arena and forced to just start wailing on each other, neither one of them would win. The facts on each of them basically contrast each other and they'd just punch each other forever until they decide its pointless and give up. The Hulk and Juggernaut start exchanging punches. The Juggernaut is invulnerable to physical harm. This is a fact. The Hulk's strength level goes up as he gets angrier. This is a fact. Both fighters have even strength levels at their base. Sooner or later, the Hulk overpowers Juggernaut, but, this does not mean he wins. Regardless of how strong Hulk gets, he still cannot harm the Juggernaut. Juggernaut would lose his edge over Hulk, and soon, it'd just be Hulk batting Juggernaut around. Juggernaut being who he is, simply keeps getting back up. The fight is a standstill because neither of them are capable of being knocked out.
That's the most probable scenario. Juggernaut does have an advantage, however. Because the Hulk is a duality of Banner and the Monster, his abilities vary on his mood. Most the heroes in the Marvel Universe know about this condition, so, I wouldn't exclude Juggernaut from knowing this too. I say Juggernaut has an edge because all he would have to do, is play it calm. Don't attack the Hulk, just get pummeled him, because he can't feel it anyway. Soon, the Hulk, getting bored, calms down, and reverts back into Banner. Juggernaut just won, because a single squish from Juggernaut's fingers kill Banner and the Hulk.
That's an ideal situation. We can't expect Juggernaut to think that through, so, I resolve that the fight is a standstill and there's no other way to look at it.
Juggernaut vs. Hulk = Standstill
It is not a fact that Juggernaut can't be hurt. It has been proven many times that he CAN be hurt. It just takes a more powerful force than his mystical force. While both Juggernaut and Hulk have defeated the other, Juggernaut only won by an ambush. Hulk has beaten the holy hell out of Juggernaut and would eventually do so in any fight where he was aware of who his opponent was. This whole 'nobody can hurt Juggernaut' is absurd. That's what the CHARACTER CLAIMS. When you actually READ his appearances, you will see he can be hurt by stronger foes such as Thor and Hulk. This would be a difficult fight, but Hulk CAN hurt Juggernaut, simple as that.
