Ok!
First off, Ares, your bursts hit Rade- I said as much.
Next- Ares, who both asked and acts first, runs forwards to close the door. As he is leaving combat, he gets a free hit from... oooohhh... Rade. And as Rade's main action blow would have been a Hand of the Emperor, I will make this bonus blow one as well. Rade rolls evens, for a glancing hit which does just five damage. Ares is actually relatively healthy still! He slams the door shut.
Rade, that takes the wind out of your sails, there is a door in your way! YOU would now have to 'flee' combat to open it!
(obviously none of this is fleeing in the literal sense of buggering off, but it is in the sense of turning yuor back on your opponent to do something)
Mind you, if someone wanted to do something flashy to open the door- like smash it open with a kick- I would probably just make that cost your action rather than make you flee.
In any case, Rade needs a new action.
Burn you ARE in combat- Heph caught you. Door is closed anyway, though, so your gun attacks can go ahead!
Ares, 6 bursts is indeed legal; it is the limit- no more than 4 at one target, though. Well, you CAN fire more than four at one target, its just not worth anything.
Ok, Fire, you dodge- you say 'Fox Equivalent' of Willow Step- I assume you mean Vertical Dodge, from the Leaping Storm Path.
[At this point I executed Burn;'s attack, forgetting he was missing this action! I have edited it out]
Two bursts at Heph, but Heph has made it clear he'll Natural Order attacks like that so he does. The attack misses.
Then Cloud rolls +2 with his Lightning Fist. That is a hit... and OW- Fire's strnegth does not reduce it. Fire goes to 36 damage. Death Check- Fire rolls -3, and is still standing.
Good blow, Cloud- that one will count.
[Originally this blow Outed Fire because of the damage from Burn. This has now been edited.]
To clarify for people:
The door is closed- unless it is opened or smashed you cannot get into room 3. If someone uses one of their actions to smash the door open, then anyone can go through unless someone physically blocks the doorway, in which case you need to knock them down.
Rade went after Castor but Ares beat him to the door and closed it. Therefore Rade can still act on this action.
Fire ALSO declared an attack on Castor which he could not do so can act for this action, even though he is now Out.
Heph and Virus simply have not acted yet.
Castor is 1/4 through Room 3
Finally- all of you at the South Side are fighting ALL of you. No-one there is not in combat- even Ares is immediately re-engaged, almost certainly.
Right now it looks VERY good for Coeus' team- but remember this is distorted. Because, basically, Fire's entire team hasn't acted yet.
I'll move things on when Fire's guys act
Do remember, leaping is no faster than running!
Burn, did you post when I had moved things on? I kinda edited and took that back- I'll bear that action in mind.
If you survive this blow from Heph, that is! Another Fox dodge from Burn, I am almost certain.
Heph rolls +2 for 16 (with the -1 from the Kick)- a hit against Burn's 16 defence, as Heph's foot flips across and hits him even as he twists away, and five more damage! Another Death Check, Burn!
+5, still standing!
But WHOA! Spot the error from me! I let Burn shoot when I had specified that he was missing an action! Duh! My BIG mistake! Ok, I will have to go take that back now.
In which case I now have two actions from Burn saved up. And Fire is still standing! Apologies for that error- still only two people saw it...
Ok, just Fire, Rade and Virus left to go. Their actions are very important so I will give them the full 24 hours before moving things on- as in I will update about midday my time tomorrow.
