Before you start your euhrm, "explanation" , let me say that it has to be something concrete. Retarded replies such as Batman is da Man, best hero ever, he will find a weakness and use it against him, he even beat Superman, that's what he does he's total badass and with prep time Spider-Man is as dead as he can be, Batman is the man he's total bad ass he can outsmart anybody and so on, are obviously not accepted, because they are just too vague.

spidey has batman beat. I have been reading spider man and batman comics, so trust me when i say this, batman is just a human. Although his is veary smart and knows tons of martial arts, spidey has ACTUAL super powers
