And like I thought, nobody gave me any solid proof. As long as somebody doesn't explain to me how exactly Batman can defeat Spider-Man, who is superior in every physical aspect, I'm convinced Spider-Man wins rather easily.

And if you really insist on comparing other battles, Spider-Man has defeated Firelord, Titania, Rhino and lots of others... with his bare hands ! All true powerhouses with no special weaknesses and still, he hold his own against them, and managed to beat them.

I love Batman, one of my favs, again, He needs prep time and knowlege of the oponent to be able to out smart, or stratigize them (is that a word?...don't wanna go around soundin like George Bush). NE who, Batman can't take on Black Panther. Not on the best day of his life. He would always give a good fight, but I don't think Bruce can handle him. He's like bats, but hes stronger, faster, more agile. He is also used to fighting ppl stronger than him all teh time. He fights ppl out of his class succesfully, and with out the famous preptime. He is a level or two ahead of Bruce.
And tho T'challa got the better of spidey that time, he can't beat him. Black panther got the better of Capn', the Hulk, Wolvy, and Iron man, but he can't beat all of these characters (maybe wolvy and capn). DD has the same attitude with spidey, but also knows that there is no beating spidey hand to hand.
spider-man has power, speed, agility, senses, web. When you factor all these things, do they really play a factor when the person you are fighting is the batman?
The answer to this over long drawn question is NO. Because batman considers all of this weaknesses. You said you know batman then you must know that batman can go around each and every one of them RIGHT. If NO then you do not know the guy as well as you claim.
The only thing that spider-man has that is going to give batman trouble is going to be his spider senses. Because batman has never encounter something as unique as spider sense. And to prove that batman can figure this (spider sense) out through their first meeting read superman/batman 10 were he figures that the doomsday's coming at him were only clones.
While superman had to listen for heart beats and see in micro-vision. Now before you make some excuse know that when you have spent most of your time on stuff like this. Sooner or later it is going to second nature. (Kind of like the saying no body knows the back of your hand better than you do.)
His agility is going to be tiresome Because he does not stay in one place but then again neither does Man-bat. And besides first fights with the batman, is when he gages you and see what you can do. The really fight comes in round two.
And yes batman has defeated more durable characters than spider-man sorry but it is the truth.

HMM..... you know what wolverine8888 you are right, batman does not need to spend his time fighting people like spider-man, wolverine, hulk, Thor....... he should stay in DC and not bother with the weaklings in marvel.

Read some Batman comics and use some grammar. Anyone who says Batman is a pushover is underestimaing him. He is not in the same league as Hulk and Thor; you are right about this. But Spider-Man and Wolverine? Come on man, Batman could give Wolvie and Spidey the fight of their lives.
Ok I'm tired of all this spidey hands down stuff because of some suppossed 10 ton punch (just because you can lift that doesn't mean you exert that kind of force in a punch) that would never land in a million years anyway.
So I'm gonna counter the way you spidey geeks are countering (with bad grammer and no point what so ever.) Maybe this way you'll understand.

I was answering another thread. But you're not giving Batman enough credit. First he rolls with the punches (spidey does not punch him as hard because he underestimates him) then he retreats. Spidey fills with anticipation as he move in for the kill. Then Batman's gone. But to where? Spidey senses tingle, jumps to the cieling. It doesn't matter the rooms been closed off and it fills with gas.
Now let me give you a scenario where Spider-Man wins:
Spidey had planted a spider tracer on the batmobile and has been following him ever since Batman told him "your jokes are stupid now leave me alone". Batman is driving in the batmobile then Spidey catches it in a web. Bats' car cuts it with automatic defenses then shoots a net at Spidey. He dodges it then crawls under the car and turns it over. Bruce gets out and, after seeing spideys' strength, knows he's not a match for him in hand-to-hand combat so he uses long range weapons. Spidey catches the gas pellets with webbing and throws them back at Bruce, which makes him unconscious. Spidey then proceeds to remove Bruce's mask and draw a mustache on him. After a while Bruce wakes up and drives back to the batcave. Alfred is laughing at him then gives him a mirror. He looks at it and sees the mustache. He wipes it off and says "son of a b****" The camera zooms up to his face and he scrinches his eyes then dun dun dun music plays.
