NEWSFLASH: World Trade Centre hit by 2 Aircraft

Well looking at Talibans main goal there need to be some reaction. They plan to expand, by force, their "stone age" version of Islam to other countries. Their dream is world domination, yeah at least we smell them if they come down wind.

Looks like the Taliban religious leaders are discussing Bin Laden's fate tomorrow. The Pakistani's requested the Taliban to deliver Osama to the US and they are considering it.

They wont give in, the Taliban are dependent on Osama bin Ladens financial support to supply them with arms. If they give in they have lost Afghanistand as well. The Northeren alliance (opposition to Taliban) or National front as they also call themselves are like a pack of wolves these days, they just lost their Leader(Masod, lion of pashmir) and are thirsting for Taliban blood. They will aid USA in an atack on the Taliban and this might also cause an uprising among all the Afghan refugees in Pakistan toward the Taliban regime. Anyhow it is war against terrorist and their policy. Lets hope if terrorist are chaught that no mercy is shown. Call for Deguello

Personally I wouldn't rule out anything from the Taliban. If the US has them scared enough, which I think they do, then they will do anything to save their own butts over Bin Ladens.

Dont underestimate those with extremly religious belives and dont fear dying.

I think, that with the general Taliban followers you would have a poinmt, but if history has taught us one thing it is that the leaders in that part of the world are generally cowards willing to sacrafice any life for their cause, as long as it isn't theirs...

Very true, and if their leader crumble. Be nice to see the reaction of Osama and his followers. This negotiation gives them time to flee...for now.

I dont know about that, I doubt that his followers would bring him for any amount. If they are willing to commit mass suicide to further his cause, I dont think money would affect their reasoning, no matter how large the amount.

One of the Taliban leaders'wives is a daughter of Osama Bin Laden. So that's gonna be exciting.
I don't know if refusing to give him up would be wise. However much they depend on Bin Laden's bucks, if the US starts bombing the place, you need a LOT of money... I wonder if Bin Laden will pay for rebuilding Kabul...

KABUL (Reuters) - Afghanistan ruling Taliban movement will launch a holy war against the United States, a senior cleric said on the Taliban's Voice of Shariat radio, warning Washington against attacking his country.

Officials of the Islamic movement moved quickly to say that the deputy chairman of the Taliban Council of Ministers, Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhond, was not in a position to declare a holy war, or jihad, and a final decision lay with a council of clerics due to convene this week.

But the thing that rings more true that 'pure' islam, is the fact that they can use US dollars more than anything there.

Ben laudin will find this out when we can spend more to buy HIS people faster than he ever could...

It will be a war on all fronts, and when we (US) are willing to send a multi millon dollar missile to do limited damage... [we have shown that] we are also willing to give part of that to the people who live there. and boost their econmy, but they always call us the 'evil' and the 'satans' although we are trying to allways help.

It will be shown how much the US and UN (with alot of UK and EU) is helping save these poorest countries to the 21st century.

Anyway, looks like they postponed making a decision about it until tomorrow. It seems there is some difference of opinion.

The scariest thing I've seen since it happened was an American woman on T.V who said "Nuke them all! We should go in there and kill them". She then said something like "if they want to bomb us then they shouldn't be allowed to live here and we should kick them out". She was talking about ALL muslims.
