since this is causing so much conflict, let's just say that the living tribunal and the intangables are at the top of the heap and agree on who's below them. this mean that the multiversal brother, access, the living tribunal, DC's spectre, Eternity, oblivion, death, lord chaos, master order, the in-betweener, and abbraxis are disqualified.below them, i would rank:
1. galactus
2. the power cosmic
3. the phoenix force
4. the beyonders
5. the celestials
6. dimensional rulers. specifically-Mephisto, the adversary, roma, azazel, belasco, dormamu, symm, nastirh, the darkechilde, etc. (note that they weaken outside their dimention
7. thanos
8. the goblyn queen (madelyn prior and potentially Mary walker)
9. Ego
10. The watchers
11. gods, inhumans, etc.
12. Dr. Strange
13. Stick
14. Silver Surfer
15. Sienna Blaze at full power
16. Typhoid Mary at full power
17. Onslaught
18. Magneto at full power
19. Gamesmaster at full power
20. Mutant Alpha (and growing)
21. Apocalypse
22. Sublime
Sliver Surfer is more powerful than Dr. Strange. Magneto(i wish some writer would see this already) at full power can control anything, i think that is more powerful than burning stuff, he goes above Typhoid.
Other than that, the list is solid.

I'll try to clarify this. The Original Beyonder (before being reconned) was basically all powerful and not even the Living Tribunal was its equal. This myriad of other Beyonder-like beings is after the Beyonder was RECONNED. Before this, Beyonder was the only one of his kind.
Doom used Galactus' power to battle the Beyonder and take his power. It wasn't just Doom himself who did it. And I'm aware that LT> Galactus; however, Spiderman also kicked the entire X-Men's ass during that series, somehthing he shouldn't have.
As for info about Beyonder greater than LT, I'll have to look it up again but Beyonder erased Death from existence and nobody was able to stop him, including LT.
I understand what you are saying, but where are you getting this from? Living Tribunal answers to ONE individual, and that is GOD - i.e, TOAA or The One Above All. Beyonder was NEVER on par with TOAA. A GOD level being is OMNISCIENT - and The Beyonder was not even aware that other beings outside of himself EXISTED. That alone undermines your posit that he was "God level." LT is judge of the Multiverse and The Beyonder did not even know one EXISTED.
LT does God's WILL. If God WANTED LT to stop The Beyonder, he WOULD have (and where did The Beyonder run roughshod over LT, by the way?). He does not act of his own volition. Does that make sense?
Thanos beat LT with the Heart of the Universe because he BECAME TOAA.
As regards to that list...Stick above Onslaught? Lord, I'll stop there.
hmmm....another thing to consider, there are countless versions of Galactus, Eternity, and the Celestials in other dimensions, however, there is supposed to be only one Living Tribunal, and he watches over countless universes...thus he would be qualitatively superior to most the people mentioned...and i dont think it makes sense for the heart of the universe to defeat him...next, concerning Adult Franklin Richards...I think he is far more powerful than a/the celestials....he has created a universe, destroyed one.....then he even pressed "reset" on his own universe and changed the past and reality by making his mother pregnant again with Valeria...he also proved to be on a level far above Abraxis in that same issue....and it has also been mentioned that he will survive beyond his universe and be the Galactus like entity of the next...if he wasnt so powerful then why would he draw the attention of the Celestials?...i think he is certainly more powerful than them, they experiment on life forms evolution and create species...but Richards creates universes...in a way he finite and mortal right now, but he also demonstrates abilities that not even Thanos could achieve with the heart of the universe...very ironic...but thats what makes him so interesting...he may be the most powerful in the universe yet he is mortal?
I thought the watchers were number 1. i read somewhere that they choose not to intefer for the most part, yet that if they were to utter any form of word the universe could become disrupted somehow. correct me if i'm wrong then comes galactius. etcc..
and silver surfer and dr. strange are good friends but somehow i think silver surfDUDE has the advantage over him. change that from think to, absolutly sure.
phonix force. yeh they're pretty useless in that "down time" arent they? or is it only jean that dies 🙂. either way yes i think darth jello (or as i like to say jethro) is in agreement with the majority of my pseudo/mental list. ^_^

"The Source, an inimaginable power which drives, or perhaps oversees, the universe, then chose Walker to take on the role of the Black Racer. Finding he could move, he put on the Racer's armor and became Death's agent.
Sgt. Walker remains, paralyzed, in his hospital bed, except when Death comes for the New Gods. Then he becomes the Black Racer, able to travel anywhere at the speed of light, bringing the touch of Death."
The Black Racer = DC's agent of death.
