Take away Wolverines mutant powers and his adimentium claws and he is a guy with basic martial arts skills. Whereas Batman is a full scale Martial arts fighter. Just picture Batman building a device that can neutralize mutant powers and use on wolverine. That would be a fair fight. Wolverine loses his healing ability and will be a matter of fighting on a hand to hand combat. Batman would beat Wolvie in snap.

Logan does not need to get any belt, wolverine is more skilled, he has over 100years of experience in fighting, from WWI, WWII, to weaponX, CIA, department H, danger room, villains , samurai... all forms of martial arts, c'mon, most of all, his berserker rage, he feels nothing until his opponent is either dead or down bleeding on the floor. note that when he is berserk, his strength and speed increases more than 800lbs.
Some writers have no clue what Wolverine's berserker rage is all about, it turning him into a crazy animal with no rational thought is a misconception. In a berserker rage Wolverine's stats and healing factor get a boost but more importantly his reaction time and thought process are really kicked up. Pro X said Wolverine's thought process in a berserker rage is equal to preforming a Gold Metal routine while beating four super computers at chess simultaneously.

Batman has fought opponents greater than wolverine in the past. Like Spawn and The Demon. And he was able to fight them using his brains and tactical skills. Proving that you don't need Superpowers to fight an opponent. Of course you can turn it around and say that Wolvie has also fought great opponents like Omega Red and Sabretooth. But he was only able to fight them thanks to his mutant superpowers. Without them he's nothing! Batman is far more skill and smarter than Wolvie. So when it comes to brains Batman outsmarts Wolvie even in his sleep.
