From what I heard, the Iraqi's want to try (sp?) him in their own courts. The US wants the UN to help, but may not help since they don't want the death penalty (that dirtly b****** deserves it). He will NOT be held in US courts and his fate is still up in the air. Personally, I want to he him die the most slow and painful death possible. A fast death is too humane for him.
