She slowly awoke and quickly pulled away. Her nightmare ended when Paul woke her up, and feeling someone kissing her in real life while she saw those horrible images from the past made her nightmare seem all the more real. "Sorry." She said embarrassed. She climbed out of bed and picked up her leather pants. She tried to avoid eye contact since she was so embarrassed. She felt so hung over. "Do you mind if I take a shower?"
She gave him a quick smile and walked into the huge bathroom. She peeled off her clothes and let them fall to the floor. She wrapped a towel around herself and turned on the hot water. Instead of getting in right away she looked at her reflection in the mirror over the sink. She felt the tears gather in her eyes as she looked in the mirror and thought of her nightmare. "Don't cry." She told herself sternly. She held her hands up to her eyes. "Don't... cry." She whispered to herself. A long time ago she promised herself she would not shed a single tear for that bastard who hurt her by remembering the pain he caused her. She got into the shower. As she ran the soapy wash cloth along her body and over a couple of old cuts on the outside of her thigh that were long scarred over the tears were released from her eyes without her consent.
