Yeah same here but if it goes well you can bet that all the other comic book films will start doing the same and it will probably become a trend.

i guess. i don't know what the batz clothline looks like even. if i had to buy a clothsline based on suphero movies, it would be batz and/or spidey. for sure.
Hulk, Spidey, and Wolvie are already with ECHO clothing line but not the movie versions. The Batman movie clothing line will be from ROCAWEAR clothing.
Guys, believe it or not, but "Batman-On-Film.Com" claims to have some sequel news (But reminds us to take it as speculation).
OK, I promised that I'd have a bit of sequel news in a few days, so here is the first of it. This comes from one of BOF's oldest and best "industry insiders" who has provided me with all sorts of info over the years about BATMAN and how the movie business works in general. He warns that you should take this as nothing more than rumor right now, as he says that this is some of the whispers he has heard about BATMAN 6 lately. While this thing is probably around two years away from production, it is still interesting to hear what might happen--
• Nolan is going to direct. He isn't signed--at least not "officially," but it's no secret that the movie franchise is now "Nolan's Baby" as our source called it.
• The villian that seems to be obvious for the sequel, might not appear in the next film. "They may want to build up to his appearance over the first two films - have him in the finale," says our source. This may not be a bad idea, in my opinion.
• As everyone already knows, Christian Bale, Michael Caine, and Gary Oldman are set to return. Morgan Freeman will probably be back as Lucius Fox.
• David Goyer will most likely be involved with the sequel. His status is much like that of Nolan's. BOF's source speculates that his role will be much like that for BEGINS--writing the first draft and then Nolan taking over.
• The sequel will probably not pick up right after the events of BEGINS. A bit of time may have passed between the events of BEGINS and the sequel. The Batman may be a bit more established in the follow-up.
• The villian could be one that we saw in the previous Burton/Schumacher series."

Both Latino Review and About.com alerted us that they just talked to Christian Bale for his upcoming "The Machinist". The interview naturally turned to Batman Begins questions and you can read the almost exact same transcription at either site below.
Meanwhile, scooper 'Cesco' says the movie is featured in the sky high above as well:
Just wanted to let you know that the Southwest Airlines magazine Spirit featured a short article on Batman Begins. Nothing new, except that they titled the piece "Batman Returns. Again" and that they were very confident in Bale's ability to play the definitive Bruce Wayne/Batman character.

'Batman' Bale Breaks the Ice
Fri, Oct 08, 2004, 01:10 PM PT
LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Fresh from shooting "The Machinist" in tourist-friendly Barcelona, it was a shock for Christian Bale to begin filming "Batman Begins" in bleak and chilly Iceland.
"It's f***ing cold in Iceland. And they eat whales -- they eat anything -- puffins," jokes Bale, who doesn't consume red meat.
Actually, the actor's true challenge came from the region's geography. Bale recalls one of his first scenes shot on one of the country's many glaciers.
"We were out there and it was splitting -- there were big cracks appearing down it -- and we all had to stand still and not break it," he tells Zap2it.com. "By the next day there was all this water again."
For Bale -- whose career oscillates between mainstream films like "Shaft" and those with cult followings like "Velvet Goldmine" -- "Batman Begins" is his most high-profile and expensive project to date with an estimated $135 million budget. The film stars Bale as the brooding Bruce Wayne whose dark past leads him to go vigilante on Gotham's criminal element.
Although the role of the Dark Knight has been played several times before, most recently by George Clooney in 1997's "Batman & Robin," Bale never grasped the psychology of the popular DC Comics character.
"I always found it kind of laughable," he admits. "The guy thinks he's going to be scary by walking around dressed as a bat? I'd laugh at him. I'd look at him and go, 'What kind of nutcase are you? Get out of my face.'"
Donning the hero's signature cape and cowl finally helped the actor get into the character's head.
"Adopting this different persona helps him to maintain that kind of intensity [to fight crime]," explains Bale. "I also felt that he couldn't be anything else but a creature: partly out of necessity of disguise, but also out of his own necessity of an attempt to keep himself sane in his own life."
This attitude also helped Bale with his own state of mind.
"I just felt that once I put that on, it's like if I don't play it this one certain way, then I'm just going to feel like an idiot standing in a bat suit the whole time," he says.
"Batman Begins," which also stars Michael Caine, Katie Holmes, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman and Liam Neeson, is scheduled for release on June 17, 2005.

Christian Bale Talks Batman in the UK

October 14, 2004
'Mat' alerted us that Christian Bale was just heard on UK radio talking about Batman Begins. Here's the scoop:
I was listening to LBC radio in the UK just now and there was a short snippet from Christian Bale about Batman Begins.
He basically said that the new film would stand out from the four previous ones, as he felt it was concentrating more on the character of Batman rather than the villains. he said that while there were plenty of interesting bad guys, and 'freaks' from the Batman comics, he'd never seen Batman examined quite so closely as he is in 'Begins'.
The newscaster also said that the film was going to be very different due to its being based more on the early Batman comics.
HUGE UPDATE for you guys.
